1. Return Eligibility
- You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- Only products purchased directly from the Lammerce website are eligible.
- Any gifts, bundles, or promotional items received with your order must also be returned.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lammerce is not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (based on your preference and product availability)
4. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- First, contact your local courier/postal service.
- If the package is confirmed lost:
- Contact us with proof of communication with the courier
- We will arrange a reshipment or refund
Note: Lammerce is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
5. Returned to Sender (RTS)
If your package is returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Failure to receive or collect the package
- Customs issues
Then:
- Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- We can resend your order, but additional shipping fees will apply.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

- Order Number
- Email Address used at checkout
Subject line: “Order Cancellation Request.”
7. Refund Processing Time
- Returns typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
- After inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- It may take an additional 4–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
